What You'll Do

Are you looking for a job that offers responsibility, pay, and opportunity? At Tint and Sound, you are responsible for your entire area of the shop. From sales to one of our technician positions, and maybe even up to one of our Master Technician positions. You are accountable for ensuring the customer satisfaction, department standards, and financial performance of your area.

But you're not in it alone. You'll have the full support of our entire staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver professional and courteous sales and customer service

  • Provide expert solutions to our customers through troubleshooting and problem solving

  • Educate customers on installation

  • Operate technology-based Point of Sales system to complete sales transactions

  • Manage inbound phone call sales and service

  • Complete tint / radio / speaker / light / or other installs as needed

  • Perform Automotive Remote Start and Security installations

  • Utilize Diagnostic Equipment and Systems for Testing and Programming

  • Assist Store Manager with store operational duties (Inventory, Merchandising, Shipping, Cleaning, Etc)

Supervisory experience or experience in a retail environment preferred
